(Option A) You will need two playback devices: one for audio with headphones and another for video.

Listen to the audio track on headphones while watching the video. Play the video on the biggest screen you have. Find a chair to sit in and set it a bit away from the screen. When you are ready, play the video, bring your audio device with you, and sit. The video will cue you when to play the audio.
